This programme is designed for people who require medical care and help with their treatment for a while before they recover fully and can go home.
It is also aimed at people with chronic diseases or who suffer from complications in addition to the underlying disease, meaning they require follow up and a stabilisation period.
They can receive care at centres that have all the necessary healthcare facilities: round-the-clock availability of a doctor and nursing care, specialists in rehabilitation, neurology, physiotherapy, psychology, etc... and all the facilities you might expect from an accessible centre.
